We booked with Regal Cars the week before we went to the Royal Albert Hall and had 2 confirmation emails. No taxi appeared at the end of the concert so I phoned to ask where it was . Despite having a booking reference to give them they said they had no booking in my name nor for the Albert Hall . They didn’t even apologise . I realised they had put the phone down on me so I phoned back and asked them to send a car for us. They said there were no cars available and didn’t seem to care. Don’t use them!

Over booked themselves on Christmas Day, though they took my booking the day before and confirmed via email. They then cancelled on me after receiving a sms saying the car had been dispatched and waiting 45 mins with no communication from them that it had been cancelled. When I called to find out what’s going on they knew what booking I was talking about but then played dumb and said they never confirmed (I have night the email and the sms to prove otherwise) and that they had no cars and tried to get me off the phone as soon as possible with no mention of returning my money (I’d paid up front). All in all not a great experience and wouldn’t book with them again.
