I've been having reflexology from Jo for a while and I absolutely love it. Jo takes time to get to know you and any problems you may be experiencing and works with you using reflexology to help those problems. She has helped me with digestive problems and usually finds the other aches and pains in my body through the session before I've remembered to tell her about them! I find the reflexology in itself so relaxing and I always feel so much better after I've been for a session, she's also just a genuinely lovely person too.
