Chose Reflective Desire as they appeared to enjoy a healthy reputation. Booked the car in for a mobile headlight restoration but Alex did not turn up as arranged in the morning. I hadn't heard anything by the evening so I rang up to see if there were any issues but was told he'd forgot. Can happen so rearranged for the following morning but after the arranged time I was told there were van issues so the appointment couldn't go ahead. A frustrating experience as I had rescheduled my work around the available dates so not great to be told the appointment was forgotten about. Service: Headlight polishing

After 4 years of using the car the upholstery which was half leather looked brand new and the paintwork was literally gleaming and looked back to showroom.
