Excellent service from Richard and his team at Refined Detail in removing and installing fresh Xpel paint protection film and ceramic coating to my entire Porsche. Was very accommodating and flexible in applying film to additional areas of the car, adjusting patterns to maximise coverage. Richard was excellent at providing regular updates and did a first class job and at a fair price too. I highly recommend Refined Detail and will be using their services again.

Found Richard by chance, required paint correction to roof after bird droppings left on paintwork for too long, then a protection detail. Couldn’t recommend Refined highly enough went out of his way to talk me through the process and gave me options, end results far exceeded my expectations and he even took the time to talk me through after care / advice on the car. If you looking for a detailer you will not be disappointed

Not very professional. First booked an appointment but did not turn up and did not notify me to say they were not coming. Then i called again and they came at last. Started cleaning but stopped few minutes later and started talking over the phone with someone for about half an hour notwithstanding my warning of job in two hours time. Cleaning was rubbish. It was supposed to be a full valeting - interior and exterior. But left uncleaned many obvious dirts and spots. They just robbed my honey. I asked for a reciept but couldn't make one and told me he will send me one via email. Never received any reciept. I will not recommend them to anyone. Services: Full body wash, Auto interior vacuuming
