Gurd is fantastic! Upper back tooth taken out today.. No pain what so ever during the procedure. Great bedside manner, very reassuring and very funny. I would highly recommend to anyone else out there who is nervous or fearful of dentists. He's done a great job at massively reducing that fear for me today.

So my daughter had an appointment this morning we were 6mins late has not from the area been sent from our dentist never been and got lost, reception said its being classed as non attendance when we was there so I snapped photos you ain't fining me,and now they have left my daughter in pain when she needs wisdom teeth out its ridiculous 🙄 found them very rude we went in the building next door as didn't see there entrance hence 6mins late.

Had my Wisdom tooth pulled out today and as an extremely nervous patient I really can't praise the staff enough. They really put me at ease and helped to keep me as calm as possible. I really felt like I was in good hands and actually I didn't even realise when the tooth had come out. :)

Just 4 weeks after my daughter got her 1st set of braces here, they started falling off. I called up but couldn't get her in, would have to go on a waiting list. Was told that when they get an appointment for her they would ring me and it would be an appointment during school/work hours and usually that day. Unless you don't work, who can just do that? 8 weeks later, more braces have come out, wire been stabbing my daughter in the mouth making her bleed and has now snapped off and still no appointment. Still won't see her. What exactly is the point in wearing braces to fix your teeth if the braces themselves don't get fixed when broken!

Wt rubbish dentist made me feel bad called fat and I have mental heath plus learning disabilities short term memory and made me relapsed with eating disorder and didn't care when I was upset and crying in room and made go hospital today to have stichers and didn't care and my anxiety was so bad I been scared go dentist now I never trust dentist again after wt u did today abuse words u said to me even when i was crying u didn't even care u wasnt kind or caring saying stuff about being fat not right it's good job my partner didn't lose it as he has autism and your manger and all of the staff getting reported to cqc and u shouldn't do that to someone with disabilities and u don't how long it took me to go there worried all night and day and I will report all this to cqc for your rude and not helpful u just like to judge people becz of disabilities and u just stand there while I was crying in crisis and didn't care u just told go and u wasn't understanding that we have disabilities so now we have reported u to cqc for treating vulnerable adults no need to say them words not helpful z don't go to this dentist again they nit very helpful or nice dint care about patients
