Do not use this company they have been dealing with my accident claim for nearly 3 years now and in that time have had 6 different solicitors within their firm deal with my case. I have been given every excuse going. The Accident Helpline that I phoned and gave me a firm that is is 191 miles away from where I live and now I know why ? Because if their clients lived on their doorstep they would be in the office everyday complaining about the appalling service they provide. I was told back in March 2022 that my case was ready to for court and my solicitor I had at the time I'm had to get get her boss to check the paperwork and sign it off then all of a sudden she left and passed the case onto to another solicitor who was going to contact me in 2 weeks time I'm after looking at my case no one has contacted me since September 2022 6 months ago they never ring you back and every time I get a new solicitor I have to go back over the whole case again writing email after email. They do nothing but lie and push you from pillar to post I will be going to to be on ombudsman over this matter. DON'T USE THIS FIRM YOU WILL REGRET IT.
