Absolute appalling customer service and attitude towards delivering the product on time and as sample provided . We had the product delivered 4-5 weeks late and every week all the communication we had was that we will give you an update next Monday . When the floor turned up it was all wet on the top as it had been left outside on the delivery depot. When we asked for new boards they wanted payment for the replacement boards and couldn’t commit to a timeline. Avoid like the plague.
