Amazing experience with the team at Reengineered Transmissions. Ross and Vicky are brilliant, the communication and advise was second to none and super honest. Had a new clutch, fly wheel and recon gearbox fitted to my van (nv400) the team managed to do it in a day an a half! Which was a massive positive especially as they were super busy. These guys are awesome. My car was all over the place and Ross and team got it better than ever. It takes a bit as there is a queue of jobs they have as they are very popular but it is worth waiting. My dedicated mechanics AND a Porsche specialist could not even come close to what the issue was and Ross nailed it first time (and I walked through the door after finding them on the internet). An absolute pleasure to deal with and as I drive automatics they have my business from now on. Highly recommended.

Having been advised by my mechanic I needed a gearbox for my Ford Ka, which he could do, but not quickly or competitively, he advised me to find a transmission specialist as his usual contacts were no longer operating. Rang here, and Ross called me back. It was refreshing to hear someone who was honest, and said he had none in stock, and did not want to have me wait as there was no guarantee they could do it so n, but he did refer me to another garage, who he recommended, and advised to tell them he referred me. I did as he advised, and North Street Garage fitted me in a few days later, did a great job, at a good price, and it's nice to see honest old fashioned tradespeople are still around. Thank you Ross.

Ross carried out a repair on the Powershift fitted to my 2012 plate Ford Kuga. He also did me an amazing deal on fitting some replacement drive shafts. The originals had been butchered by some cowboy garage who had tried to repair the gearbox prior to me purchasing the car. Throughout the whole job, Ross has been brilliant. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and always friendly. He always keeps in touch even though he is always very busy. I can't fault the service. Amazing service from start to finish, very informative no pushy sales just open and honest and very informative. I had to travel a long way but was happy to do so based on other people's reviews and the way Ross was on the phone. Collected the car today after a full box rebuild and after a 200 mile trip I couldn't recommend them enough. Credit where credits due. I was recommend these guys from a friend. From the second I spoke to Ross and Vicki they were brilliant. Just had a rebuild done by Ross and his team, what a transformation! I cannot rate the guys enough. Drives completely different like a brand new car. Kept me up to date step by step with pictures, videos and phone calls. Even though my car gave them a few hold ups and headaches but in no time at all the car was ready to collect.
