AVOID AT ALL COST, STAFF CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND IS RUDE, READ ON! The kitchen seems okay. BUT absolutely appalling service!! Been going there for 10 weeks, designer keeps forgetting what he promised, false promises made. For 10 weeks I was promised that finance options available and was given a fitting date. The fitters failed to fit the kitchen due to lack of material (no reason given, they were just disinterested), without any notice just gave me another fitting date and failed to fit the kitchen again! (Apparently lack of material...) Had been telling them for 10 weeks that a certain pipe needs to be hidden only for them to forget and tell me they don't have materials.... For 10 weeks I was told finance is possible only to give the receptionist all my details for the finance weeks in advance and he forgot to chase them! Then on the second failed fitting date, the fitter turned into an accountant and handed me his phone with the boss on the line telling me how he's not happy that he had to pay for my kitchen (why do I need to hear that as a customer I don't know, clearly he did not know the situation before talking to me)... I informed him that I didn't ask him to pay for my kitchen and that I gave the finance information weeks ago to the receptionist... Needless to say the boss was very surprised that it was a fault on their side. No single apology given however, from anyone for being treated like some criminal who's trying not to pay whilst it was completely a fault of their staff... Despite it not being my fault the fitter became very rude!! Had to go back to the shop and demand that they complete the fitting according to what we were discussing for past 10 weeks. Then discovered scratches on the walls and after last fitting they left some offcuts just lying on the floor... the designer was friendly but I can only assume he's not told the fitters about how much material they need. The kitchen seems okay in quality and in the end they did do what we planned and accommodated my wants. I respected their expertise if told something cannot be done. But horribly dreadful customer service, never willing to acknowledge that they made mistakes, which they have done in my case and never single time apologised for treating me like a nonpayer even tho if the finance person done his job correctly the kitchen could have been paid by the first fitting date already. At first their customer service seems lovely but then they become pushy and are very happy to blame customers for their shortcomings. A simple "we've made a mistake, let us fix it" would have come a long way. In the end, I decided not to go with the finance and paid for the kitchen by a transfer, but definitely did not enjoy being pushed to do it at first by the same person who forgot to give a call to the finance company. As seen from the images of the pipe covering that were done 5 days after initial proposed installation date, the fitters were severely disinterested in doing the job they failed to do twice previously and all they cared about was to leave... but still the fitter tried to become an accountant again and deal with money, except this time I refused but he handed me his phone again to talk to the boss where I had to confirm that they did it. I said they completed ok because I too wanted that nasty behaviour and extreme unprofessionalism out of my house. I was told by the fitter than he will "only come once" - like I made them to fail at their job... what a horribly wrong way to treat customers... Good prices too but I don't recommend them for the hustle and deceptions and the customer service. The quality of the appliances does seem very nice. Unfortunately, this whole experience and stress at the end has overshadowed the quality of the kitchen by quite a margin. You can observe here from the reviews that they practically only care for expensive kitchens and jobs. I do not recommend...

Worst store: just walked in to buy a new kitchen. The parking terrible the owner/worked parked across 3 customer bays then had to park on double yellows. When in the store asked who’s parked there and joking about it, the guy was rude and completely didn’t acknowledge and have any interest in our custom. Attitude problem.
