Charged 8.50 for 1 hour parking in Feltham Asda car park . Woman on the phone was very rude .... She could see my reg going and knew exactly how long I had been there . Disgraceful customer service . And I still have no refund as I paid as I had to go to work .

I have read some reviews, and this is exactly what happened to me with few time, you go to Asda Feltham for shopping and they charge you £8.50 within one hour, and this happened multiple times to me. I phoned them from the machine, long waiting and after that the women gave me code to enter, which brought down the balance to £1.20 however, once you used the code, you are not allowed to use the Asda promo code, the only option it will give you is Cash or Card, I then end up paying £1.20. The women on the phone was extremely rude and I explained the situation to her, she said I can not help you and put the phone down. REEF London doing this intentionally to generate some revenue from poor customer to cover up their cost. Lot of people will not be bother for £1.20 to claim back and this is what they are taking and advantage of it. I think we should all complain them to British Parking Association for this snatching, penalizing customers who goes to ASDA using their parking.10/09/2022

For anyone else trying to find out this company was called parking jockey and have renamed to reef so any car parking you have used is likely to be them
