    Good morning, we were treated very racistly by the reds rain agency on holderness, because we wanted to extend the loan, we didn't get help because we don't speak English, we had an interpreter but they said that he couldn't explain it to us either, we feel cheated because 5 years ago it didn't bother the agency when we bought a flat that we don't speak english they cheated us because they charged us 750f for unlimited care.

    good morning today we had a very unpleasant and unpleasant situation because we had an appointment to extend our mortgage at one of the real estate agencies on holderness road in hull, the lady who invited us for the interview told us that she could not help us because we do not know the language English, even when we had an interpreter with us, they did not want to provide an interpreter either, we felt humiliated and aggrieved that we are of a different nationality. We were told that the fee we pay, i.e. 750 f, is on further care when buying or selling. We feel deceived and humiliated under a racist account.

    Been with then just over 12 years , all been good previously, now i cant get any sense from them. Not responding to emails and thats the only way i can contact them. The last 3 months invoices are like trying to read chinese, im sure done deliberately. Time i got a new agent i believe
