i've been renting with them . they basically charged an administration when they haven't done too much for it . it has been 10 months since the administration of my building has changed, and still, until today , they are sending me messages that i owe them 3500£ for the last 10 months of rent ...ridiculous . Obviously they've realised about their bad administration and they are still sending me messages for eg , inspections etc ... when my tenancy has finished one month ago, again , ridiculous. i've not got my deposit back yet after a month, and i've paid all my bills. Don't recommend this company at all . they are very aware when it comes to charge anything, not at all for the job they are supposed to do. Every time i asked for help , they've told me to speak with someone else. everyone just washed their hands and and did as anything happened...

Recently tenants moved out of my property however new tenants were in place with in 2 weeks due to the hard work by all of the team at the Halifax Branch. The required safety certifications, any repairs,redecorations and the legal stuff put in place whilst keeping us updated all the time. They made it all stress free so can't thank or recommend them enough. were recommended to me could not have picked a better letting agents than the Reeds Rains team at Halifax in our opinion.
