Reeds are absolutely brilliant, by far the best alteration business in Manchester. I have given them lots of clothes over the years and they always alter to perfection. They really know their stuff and make you feel at ease. Given it’s in the Trafford Centre it’s even more impressive that they can provide such good quality in a one hour turnaround time. I recently gave them my wedding tux and shirt to alter and the result was superb. There isn’t anyone else I would trust with my clothes. Thank you again!

Took granddaughter for her prom dress to be shortened. Despite having spoken to them on the phone and being told they always have capacity they refused to take it saying they were full for prom dress work. Staff were very forthright and loud in front of other customers making us feel uncomfortable. Wasted journey to Manchester!
