It's OK could be a lot better. I feel as long as you don't disagree with the way things they want them to be, you'll be ok.

Just a short note for Lydia Wright at Reed in Partnership to say thank you for all you are doing for my friend Justin. I have been friends with him for many years now and I have employed him in a previous role I held. His whole attitude and positivity inspires me and the fact he never lets his disability stop him from doing anything speaks volumes of the man. His sheer determination and perseverance to find work and make a better life for himself is a story many people would and should take inspiration from. Many thanks for providing him with opportunities for him to gain skills whilst trying to to find him meaningful employment. I really hope he gets what he wants as no one deserves it more than him!

I have been very lucky to meet wonderful people at Reed who reassured me that I am not alone through the journey of finding a job. All dedicating work, help and support by Sophie and Abigail, my wonderful advisers, has made me even more motivated to step forward to a fresh start. In addition, a brilliant course, coached by lee, made me even more confident and prepared to attend the job interview and workplace. Excellent experience with Reed and great support and advice I have received so far. Thank you!
