The spa area and hotel were nice. The bed very comfy and the bathroom had a bubble bath and power shower. The food was awful in the restaurant and not something I'd go for again but the place was comfortable, and massage was great. Spa area nice but lots of children in pool area which defeated a lot of the point and made areas loud and inaccessible. We had an issue with some bits missing from room but duty manager came up quickly and fixed issue quickly which was good. Restaurant staff were unfriendly but all hotel and spa staff were awesome.

Fab hotel, it's super good value. Food and bar area lovely. Pool area is very clean and sauna/steam room lovely. The only comment I would give is if possible to turn on the sauna and steam room earlier as it was not that hot when we went in on the Sunday morning. The gym area is amazing, the best hotel gym we've been to! All staff friendly and welcoming, will definitely be back soon!

Rooms: 😐 In the room a complimentary water was already drink and just an empty bottle. The mugs for the hot drinks was duirty. But these managed to get sorted out pritty quickly. 😆 The jacozy was amazing in the room could just fit the 2 of us in. And the jet shower was nice too. Food & drinks: 😐 The food we both had the Redworth burger and it was not great, the bin was just sloppy and the burger taster like a standered frozen burger. 🤮 The pudding was nice after we got it sent back. I ordered the sticky toffee pudding, no complaints just amazing and good flavers.😛 My partner orders eten mess but thechocate sauce that was on top just tasted like vinager so sent it back to bring one with no (vinager choco stuff), then it was nice.😛

From the greeting we received at reception, to the room, the spa, and restaurant not a bad word to say, the deluxe spa room was really good, food mmmm, drinks all spot on well worth a visit, planning on a 2 day break next time. We'll done to all staff. Even the guy singing on the spa desk(elvis song). Made a great break. Young lady on reception so professional, and Heavenly who was serving in bar great service.
