Knock it down and rebuild. This place is the single worst hotel i've ever stayed at. Broken heater so was in a damp, frozen room, damp carpets. Mattress non existent, no support or comfort whatsoever, suggest if it remains open they invest some money in sorting out the many issues. Otherwise should be knocked down. Got 3 hours sleep at a push. Its next to the football ground, that is the only plus. The staff were friendly but feel sorry for them as the building itself and the rooms are a run-down mess.

Rooms: The size of the family room is large enough and would be excellent if maintained well. It was smelling of urine in my experience Safety: In my opinion, it is not suitable for disabled people, signage, accessibility and bed
