I had a truely awful experience when the coach driver Vic would not accept my £10 note for a £3 ride because he claimed not to have change.I would not have been able to ride had other passengers not insisted he let me on.I later heard change jingling on the the journey after he was difficult and spoke to me rudely.I can only deduce that this was racially motivated.

Very disappointing customer service. Despite being aware of the disruption to the service customers are not kept abreast of developments to make alternative arrangements early on and no explanation is given as to why. A company whose management appear to have little concern for their customers.

Not on the coach but... It came flying past us on M3 this morning whilst we were doing 100kph. The coach is limited to 100kph but clearly this one wasn't. Sort it out.
