I accompanied my friend who was desperate for accommodation. I needed to use the toilet and when I went in I couldn't believe it. There was urine on the toilet seat and no soap for hand washing, no toilet roll. Everything was filthy. This was the staff toilet. They offered my friend an ant infested property. There were ants everywhere. In the kitchen, all over the cooker and work surfaces. Hundreds on the floor and sofa. It was like a horror movie. The other housemates didn't seem to mind. They said that they had gotten used to the conditions. I was absolutely shocked. I got my friend out of there and let her stay with me until she was able to find a more suitable accommodation.

Had a room, I had no message or call to say they wanted me out, I’ve gone back to the room and all my personal belongings have been removed including my sisters ashes , I’ve tried to messaged but it appears I have been blocked, this has caused such emotional distress. I’d like to make clear no one made contact with me to ask if I could move my things or anything! I want my belongings back !

This company is hurrendous unlawful dodgey scamming company. I can confirm for you what is written in other reviews is the truth as I was a victim to a similar scenario where I had explained my situation and I was eligible they agreed to house me made me complete all the paper work get me to sign important agreement documents only to refuse handing over the housekeys at the end of this process?

If you are desperate, like to be neglected, don't care if you are safe and agree to be rip off this so call "housing" is for you. Houses are devastated, dirty and if smth need to be fix you are waiting ages for maintenance. £65 service charges you have to pay every month, it's actually an extra money for them and you are getting nothing in return. No Internet, no cleaning, no support at all and so called "support workers" have no idea what word "support" means. "Support workers" think they are God's, invading your privacy by entering House and rooms whenever they want, even if you are not present and makes you feel like you are nobody. This is a massive scam
