We were shown around site by Sam and decided to go for a Leamington Lifestyle but sadly on reflection the plot was not suitable for us. Sam was brilliant / excellentand helped us with all our questions he was very professional and answered all our queries. Jodie was also brilliant having seen us 2 weeks before on our 1st visit. If only we could by the show house!!!

** alas - it started so well** The customer service team at Redrow Maple Walk are absolutely fantastic. We live near the site so have been in a few times, initially just for curiosity. We have always been greeted with a warm welcome, and wow, the homes speak for themselves they are beautiful. It is clear the team pride themselves on quality. We loved the whole experience so much that we ended up selling our home to buy a home at Maple Walk. Jodie and Sam have answered all our (many) queries during the pre reservation and reservation process quickly and efficiently. We feel in safe hands for the rest of the process. ****** I was wrong******* - Jodie and Sam are fab they really are wonderful but our experience from higher management since exchange has been absolutely shocking. - False information given on exchange about completion time lines (Redrow had changed the build route without telling us)…. - False promises (that we never asked for) then these promises taken away a week later - Now after making us change plots they are selling our old plot at a higher rate making money out of our misery What a shame.
