I am a house owner in Colindale Gardens. I had a great experience and great help when I was purchasing the flat. The sales team was great. I currently have a problem with a cheque I am to get from the finance team. I have sent 5 e-mails but the problem is not resolved. I cannot say the same for the finance team. I am still waiting a response.

My building has just completed like a week ago, but already so many problems. The doorknob of the door that people need to go through to get to the trash room is already broken and that door can't be opened, people have been leaving trashes at that door since we can't get to the trash room. Since a lot people are moving in this new building, that door is literally blocked by cardboards and trashes. One of the light bulbs in my living room is already broken as well, I haven't even moved in yet, probably have only turned on the lights like three times. I was really shocked about the quality of this development. Really disappointed and hope someone can get the problems fixed soon.
