This is a complaint i was a passenger on 308 vigo to gravesend as we got to gravesend the driver had hit many pavements ,on a corner he hit and shattered the glass in one of the doors i had to move my self and a old lady i am elderly my self we were very shaken up the bus driver didnt know what happened till the passengers had told him when we were getting off at gravesend

Do not use this company! Absolutely awful service and they couldn't care less about the stress or upset they cause. We hired them for our wedding day. They hadnt planned a route even though they had the address months in advance. An 8 minute journey turned into over an hour, half our guests were left waiting at the church. The driver did a ridiculous almost dangerous 5 point turn on a narrow lane after nearly getting stuck under a bridge. In the end one of our guests stood at the front and directed him. He was asked to wait so me and my husband could have a photo on the bus. He did not wait. We had to pay our entertainers an extra hour as they had thrown out all the timings for the day completely. We didnt get any apology from the company I had to send 4 emails and leave an angry voicemail only to be told that the driver no longer works there and they are are sorry but offer no compensation. Tell your friends and family to avoid using them at all costs, they will only ruin your special event.

We turned up after going to Iceland there is 24 people and luggage and the guy turns up in a bus that is so old that the rear wheel basically could collapse on its self under the weight of the luggage and people. We are having to sit in the cold just to wait for an hour to bring us a coach that can actually take us back. This was actually terrible please don't hire a bus from this company they are terrible.
