We had a full 16yd skip which we asked to be collected. After asking twice for a rebate - I was informed that we were not owed anything as the skip was empty on collection. Somehow in the time that we called to have the skip removed and the time that they actually attended, a whole skip load of scrap had gone missing. We were not informed when the skip was collected (which would allow us to investigate). I was only told after 3 weeks had passed (and after chasing twice). This gave us no way to investigate where the scrap has gone. Won't be using this company again.
