    Absolute shambles of a company. Severe lack of customer skills every-time you call the office in Glasgow. They seem to have a knack for picking the most expensive incompetent trades people for any works needing carried out. Would never buy a property ‘managed’ by Redpath Bruce again. The reviews say it all, even the response of we can’t find you without your name sums up the cocky attitude instead of trying to improve their terrible service

    I would like to provide zero stars to this company, that on a yearly basis send me demands for a flat that I sold in 2019. Totally incompetent and unable to manage data correctly to track accurately current ownership/leaseholders of property. Redpath Bruce will send agressive demands for payment and threat of court proceedings until their own error is pointed out to them and they go silent for weeks/months/years. An absolute disgrace of a company.

    Avoid at all cost. Doesn't even deserve a star in review. Zero accountability, zero communication. Communal TV satellite for 2 buildings has been down. It took them nearly 2 weeks to find out where this TV satellite port is! At one point I was even given access to ground floor under staircase space when discussing satellite issue. I don't understand. Satellite is at roof top and this guy thought we're looking around base level! After that, another 2 weeks to get to a point of "our contractor is arranging access with resident next week to access satellite port." So from issue reported until potential first time someone arrives onsite to check what is wrong, around 6 weeks! Avoid at all cost! Otherwise you better hope you don't get a flood or water pipe failure. 6 weeks until someone comes to check! Almost zero communication and update unless you constantly email them and call them and they may put you through once a week. Madness! Look at the Google review score of just over 2, when lowest each score is 1. That is, when you get someone giving them a review of 3 or 4, the next time they'll for sure upset a customer badly enough to get a lowest score of 1 to get this score. Madness.

    I'd give zero stars if I could. Absolute joke of a company. Our garage door shutters broke over 16 months ago and to date, no work has been done. Thanks to this we had junkies squatting in our stairwells and taking drugs. Initial response from Redpath Bruce was "if you encounter non residents, contact the police." Shutter is still broken but after numerous complaints we got new locks on the car park door. Various other issues with cladding and cracks in the building still not addressed (over 3 years now) due to some people in the building refusing to pay factor fees. Impossible to contact anyone, new building manager every few months, no accountability, no action, over priced, unhelpful and negligent.
