If I could give a zeo star, I would! Very poor services from Diamond Estates. My parent got a number of Council Tax letters and we were told it would get dealt with and the name would get changed - nothing has been done so far since last year or so! We have been emailing them multiple times and even forwarding to Office email and other employees working there. And guess what? Still no response as of yet. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Not recommending this business until actions are seriously taken from them.

So me and my partner moved out of our property after been shown our house. We loved it we was happy to move into our first home together it was a fresh start for us as a young couple I also have a little boy we have 2 dogs. When we first got shown around the property by Alex we was told a lot of stuff that was lies we was Miss sold the property promised a lot of work would be done in the house which 2 years after living here nothings been fixed. We’ve had 6 different people come and quote our problem after that we’ve had nothing we’ve been left with no central heating for past year. We’ve had a sink in the bath that leaks our toilet blocks up constantly, our slates on the roof have fallen off and landed on the flood in our back yard which is a communal garden we was told it was a secure garden and could have as many dogs as we’d like! Our dogs aren’t safe in the garden nor left unsupervised! We had floods in our living room poir to this it’s leak into the cellar onto the electric box which the power box went the other day and you made us pay for the emergency call out when he came he said it had been fitted up side down and was unsafe there was water in it and had been rusting he said our house was unsafe! Our living room floor is collapsing into the cellar because the wood has rotted! We’ve had problems after problems and no one has helped us you’ve changed you name becomes of this and had people tell us that they don’t work for this company anymore when they do. We want out of this right to buy and want our money back or we’ll take it further till we get the outcome we want! Imagine if this was you and your child having to live like this everyday!? My partner works and I’m on uc we pay rent each month for a house in the state it’s in!!

Very poor experience. Nothing has been delivered after 6 months. I purchased a property deal in October '21, and I have nothing the show for it six months later (March 2022), and they (the company name that they traded under for this deal is 'Diamond Estates') will not refund, despite not delivering the property to me. Fobbing me off that the current residents have extended their contract. I also requested to view the property last month, to see 'if it was real'! I was told by Kelly that I would meet the letting agent, I got to a block of apartments, they had not given me an apartment number. The agent did not show up. I was then told over the phone to 'knock on some doors and have a look'! - expecting me to turn up - un-announced - and there was still not a specific apartment number. I did knock on the first 2 apartments - that she verbally guided me to - they were full of contract workers, who were not expecting me, and the apartments were in a shoddy state. I have still received nothing.
