I started working with RJSC around 3 months ago, and can easily say it has been one of the best jobs I have ever had. I initially found out about the company at a careers fair at my university. I was already happily employed elsewhere at the time, but when I approached the employees at the stall, they were so convincing that I ended up applying to RedJacket. Throughout the induction process everybody was so welcoming and helpful. I was guided through the process, and any questions I had were swiftly answered. When it came to my face-to-face induction, I was introduced to multiple key members of the team and they were so kind. The staff really took the time to explain everything to me and even told me all about how the company was founded and what it stands for. This really solidified my desire to work with RJSC and the idea that this was a company that I was interested in collaborating with. After that, I started working within the community of dorset with other team members who also really tried their best to make me feel comfortable and were so helpful with any questions. I have since been able to work with multiple clients and every day is a learning opportunity. I really feel that I have developed enormously personally and professionally thanks to RJSC. I especially want to thank my fantastic manager Sophie Parker and team leaders Sommer and Amelia, who have been amazing role models and who always have the time to help, even if it is going out of their way to do so. Thank you RJSC!

Red Jacket Specialist Care took over the care of our autistic 27 yr old son 4 months ago. From the outset we have been impressed by the positive and highly professional friendly ways of working that the team has displayed. They are always thinking of new activities and outings for him. He is much happier, more settled and has learnt new independent living skills. The Birdie app is wonderful - parents and staff are kept informed of his activities, behaviours and well being each day. It has been a huge relief to entrust his care to such a competent, positive and highly professional team of well- trained staff.

From day one I was made to feel comfortable by everyone, especially Sophie Parker she is an absolute asset to the company she is a hard working individual, she shows so much passion for her work and she always makes herself available for anyone that may need her, the support she gives is second to none. I've been working with RedJacket S.C since November and I'm really grateful to be part of the Dorset team. As a clinical psychology student , working with RedJacket has really gave me the experience to deal with people with autism or any other mental health issue. Every day is different at RedJacket , you learn more every day about each client and their different conditions. RedJacket's training and also what they teach you on your first shifts are very beneficial. They teach you how to take care of clients as much as they care for them. The staff are all amazing. Everyone is there to help fom management to staff members. To even drivers. Everyone is amazing , and my manager Sophie is very professional and understanding , she helps us alot as students to take the appropriate shifts and guides us in everything especially issues related to clients. She is always there for staff. I'm so lucky to be working with such an incredible team and management where everyone cares about the clients and tries to provide them with the best services.

I have been a part of the incredible Dorset Division of Red Jacket for a few months now, and I have truly loved every minute of it. The whole application and training process was a smooth as can be, and was met by kind and enthusiastic staff, who were always there to help with any questions I had. The extensive training program provided me with great knowledge that has been useful for experiences I have encountered whilst on shift. Being a uni student, I was looking for a job that would be flexible with the great demands that uni life brings, and this company definitely appreciate and acknowledge that, and always work around my availability. The job can be challenging at times, but staff are always there to give guidance and for us to debrief with if we need to talk about anything. The management team work tirelessly to be able to best support both clients and staff as best as they can. I have got to meet some wonderful people along the way, and am always learning something new and valuable each shift. It is great to be able to make a change in our service users lives, and I cannot wait to see their further growth over the next few months. Thank you Red Jacket for this fabulous opportunity, and I cannot wait to see the great things this company and our service users will go on to accomplish. I am so grateful to be a part of this family!!

Been working with Red Jacket for over 6 months now and it has been the most rewarding and welcoming environment I have come across. I feel immensely supported within the team. From the exceptional training we are provided from Red Jacket, and welcoming team to management. I feel confident in any job I take on within the company, with plenty of chances to progress if wanted. There are only pros in this job. Moreover, they are so flexible with working hours and understand we have lives outside of the job which allows us to give the best care possible to our service users! They are flexible and accommodating to needs and accessibility. They really do care for thier staff as much as we care for our service users. I love my job and approach each day with enthusiasm of what is to come during the day. Thank you Red Jacket!

I cannot verbalise how amazing it has been working with RedJacket Specialist Care has been so far, no one has been more accommodating and kind than the staff here. I have never received such attentive care as I have here, the level of compassion and empathy this company promotes as part of their ethos extends to their clients and staff too. They are so kind and respectful that there is no ‘hierarchy’ - from senior directors to new comers like myself, everyone is treated the same. The interview process was so efficient and fun! I never thought I’d consider an interview fun but I was excited to start after each one. Everything they promote in their ethos is manifested in their behaviour. The entire staff have been marvellous: David, Jacqui, Jordan, Brandon, Holly, Liah, Sam and Kayleigh especially have all been fantastic in guiding me in this new role and making my transition easier. I cannot thank or recommend RedJacked Specialist Care enough as a prospective team member or a care user. I am excited for the progression that comes with this role and furthermore to see this company flourish as I know that it will.
