We decided we wanted to bid on a property about a month before the auction. Our mortgage advisor did his best but said that he wouldn't be able to secure any funding for us in the short timescale - the property was complex and lenders were scarce. He advised that we get in touch with Meir with the words, 'If he can't do it, then it can't be done.' From the off Meir was on the ball, communication was quick and easy and he kept us appraised of everything, even out of hours. Whenever we needed him for a concern or query he was a text, phone call or email away and we never waited more than an hour to hear back from him. This was our first auction property and it is fair to say that we were out of our depth and nervous about virtually everything as it was all new territory to us. Meir explained things and held our hands throughout the entire process. When lenders threw a curve-ball Meir was quick to reassure us and then jump on it to sort it out. Our lenders gave us a bit of a scare a few days before completion and by this point Meir saying 'It's fine guys, don't worry', was enough to allay our fears. With all the stress of auction properties, the quick completion and so many involved parties it was reassuring to know that Meir was on the case. We would highly recommend Meir and Redi Finance; he did what we thought would be impossible in such a short time and helped us to get the property of our dreams.
