Poor company to work for moneys great but lacking in man management, poor working area with no tools or flat bench, the factory of a night time is freezing, heaters on during the morning and day but not of a night time, had to work in -4 temperatures to which I went through early stages of hypothermia, I raised the issue with the Agency my release from the company followed, poor management.
