Colin was very kind and saved me from expensively repairing my old machine or trying to buy parts for it. He looked at my machine in the shop, in front of me (saving me a trip back) trying/rewiring a new pedal in minutes-diagnosis- the engine had blown. He didn’t ask for anything for this service and didn’t want the machine for parts (very honest), and I’m now able to put that money I saved, towards another machine, instead of throwing money away for a repair that would be more expensive. Very helpful! Thank-you! I did insist on giving Colin some money for his time, but he was honestly going to do it for free. Genuine kind service. Thanks again.
