    Obviously zero transport costs so this is reflected in the beer price of just £4 a pint. Even the guest beers are about £4.50. Ten minutes’ walk from Spurs stadium and Northumberland Park station. Look out for Blaydon Close. The entrance to the industrial estate is opposite the bread factory and the bagel/shakes takeaway.
