    Poor service by the chubby bloke on the counter, didn't want to help with car registration and came up with a silly excuse and said I had to send the paperwork off myself despite the gov website states it has to be done at the post office. Went to a different post office and they were more than happy to sort it out.

    Best Post Office around! Staff are always very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.My wife has a ebay business, which means alot of parcels pass though here, we use the ' Pre pay card', which is brilliant!. Redditch is a shining example of how Post Offices should be run. Can't praise them enough!
