Since Covid-19 and most of the staff work from home it's impossible to get anywhere from rent balance to house repairs etc it's sole destroying waiting on the phone for hours at times and then getting absolutely nowhere.

Called in to day or organise a refuse collection, imagine my horror when I discovered everything has gone digital and had to be sorted on line, luckily for methere were some lovely ladies who were only to happy to help me out, I didn't catch their names but two were on reception and the other lady talked me through ,being a digital ignoramous I was extremely grateful for their assistance, many thanks

Shocking service by maintenance depot. My roof been damaged in February with tiles coming off. Contacted them numerous times, filled in forms. Had inspection done in June. Still nothing done. Told have to wait for roof contractor to contact us. Still nothing. Told by council they can't Chase them up. Now nearly September, come on council get job done. Good enough taking my rent and council tax.

Absolutely shocked, my pipes are leaking when ever i use the tap and monday is the soonest they can do, so i cant use my tap to wash up for 5 days, fuming absolute joke would think that is an emergency since i need to was my pots and pans to eat!
