Unreliable company. You book a collection, specify that you need two hours notice because you don't live at the address, they agree and on the day you booked off specially for the collection, you get a call that they're gonna be there in 10min. You rebook for a later hour, you are told that they're coming in 2 hours time. Well, you go there, wait more than 2 hours,have to call back, wait in the phone queue to be told that you'll have to rebook at another date. Waste of time and money on travelling.
