    I’ve been coming to this dental practice for many years and I can’t think of a better place to get dental work done - even if you’re squeamish and uneasy about dentists. The entire team, from the dentists, hygienist, assistants to the front desk and manager - they are all highly trained, professional, warm and welcoming. It’s truly a neighbourhood gem where you feel looked after and cared for. You don’t feel forced to get unnecessary treatment. Everything is explained to you in a thoughtful manner and the care to ensure comfort etc is just wonderful. Thanks Team!

    Awful Client Management. I had to do an implant installation. First they removed a broken tooth in summer and then it healed for 2 months. When it healed I called 2 weeks in advance to book an appointment, as it is a long procedure which takes around 2 hours. When I arrived on the scheduled date it turned out that they were not ready as there was no implant specialist on site, because the operator 'had mistakenly booked me for a consultation' (despite I have clearly said that I had visited before and what had to be done). OK, stuff happens. They have said they would re-book me ASAP and let me know. A week later I haven't heard from them. No text message, No call, nothing. Also during my visit they gave a quote which was 400 or 500 GBP more than the one they have provided at the beginning. *UPDATE* 22.10.2020 After my comment above has been noted and the reply below has been left, Dr. Bruns has called, explained that their Implant specialist works elsewhere and.. has offered an appointment in 1 month time, at the end of November (!!) Unbelievable. No respect for other people's time. Do not go there. Changing the review from 2 stars to 1.

    I have been with Redcliffe Dental Rooms for many years after having a bad experience with a previous dentist. Dentist Dr Bruns and Hygienist Newsha are both highly skilled and experienced. They are extremely good at putting patients at ease and making everything very clear. They also provide a very friendly and caring environment. I was a bit nervous going back post lockdown wondering if all the new required operating procedures would make the experience stressful. However, they have done everything so well it was almost a more relaxed experience and I felt completely safe. I would thoroughly recommend the practice.
