I've had mixed experience with this company - on the one hand, when there is a problem and it's fixed remotely I really like the report they send as a followup. Unfortunately, one of the worst experiences in customer service/technical support I have ever had was under them; we have a VOIP system and the router froze after they tried to push an update remotely. From the little I know, I knew it was 'cooked' I.e. the firmware was corrupted mid update. I told them this but they wouldn't believe me. They sent a second router, which didn't work because it was misconfigured at the lab. They wouldn't believe me again even though I offered to hook up my computer so they could remote in through the console hook up (as it wasn't configured correctly they couldn't access it through the 'net). But they wouldn't. So they sent a third router.. you know what's going to happen here. It wasn't configured correctly again! It took a week to actually send an engineer out and he confirmed what I'd told them, exactly as I stated it. He configured it correctly within 5 mins. We had no phones @ an NHS service for a week! Over something that could've been sorted the same day if they had at least considered what I had said. The engineer they sent out was great though!
