Jon is the best wedding videographer ever. Full stop, the end. We asked Jon to be the videographer at our wedding. Unfortunately Covid got in the way and meant we had to reschedule twice and delay 2 years. Jon was always so caring, understanding, and quick to reply to emails and questions. On the day, Jon just blended into the background. He was always around but in a really non-intrusive way. When he delivered the final finished versions of the videos we were blown away and full on moved to tears every time we watched them, they were so lovely! Everyone that's seen the videos have individually commented that they are the best wedding videos they've ever seen and it's so lovely that we'll always have these memories to keep. We cannot recommend Jon enough. If you're contemplating having a videographer at your wedding, you will not regret your choice when booking Red Seats.

Daniel and I would absolutely highly recommend Jon from Red Seats Videography. Upon first communication via email with Jon, it was clear that he is friendly, warm and passionate about wedding films. This then carried through all the communications that we had with him. On the day he worked so well with our photographer (and vice versa!) and blended into our day seamlessly. The highlights film he created is absolutely beautiful and completely captures the essence of our day. There’s moments in the highlights film that I had no idea even happened, and I am so glad that Jon was there to capture those moments. It truly allows us to relive our wedding day. Thank you Jon!

Throughout the whole build up to the wedding, he was brilliant - making us feel excited and happy that we could trust him implicitly to capture the start of our marriage in the way that we wanted. We now have wonderful footage of our ceremony, first dance and the speeches, as well as a very clever and gorgeously put together film of the day. We booked Red Seats after I couldn't really find anyone else that had the style I wanted - emotional but not too much, showcasing the whole day in just a few minutes. Red Seats were the videographers at a friend's wedding and after the first email I knew that Jon would fit well with us. Jon was brilliant on the day. He worked seamlessly with our photographers and we honestly had so much fun with him! There are plenty of clips where I didn't know he was there as he wasn't in your face with the camera. We've said so many times that we don't believe that our day would have been as good without him there. And then there's the videos. They are incredible! Even the 30 second teaser is excellent but our highlights video is everything I could have wanted and more. He's put the whole day into 6 minutes and really captured the feel of it. The way it's edited doesn't make it boring or dull to watch like some videographers we saw. It showcases the speeches and vows so well and we've had so many compliments on it. The box with the usb stick in is such a lovely touch too and it was so good being able to watch the ceremony and speeches back in full. I honestly couldn't recommend Jon highly enough, he's so talented at what he does and the video is something we'll truely treasure for ever. After watching so many strangers wedding videos and wondering what ours will be like, I'm so so so happy with it, it's beyond anything I could have imagined and I'm so grateful we booked him to be part of our wedding!

Jonathan provides an absolutely first-rate service. We cannot believe how brilliant our wedding video came out. Johnathan’s videoing style is different to the many other videographers out there. His videos tell the story of the day and have a cinematic quality about them. Jonathan nailed the brief. We particularly did not want soppy and gushing. Instead our video focused on the fun of the day and included lots of footage of our wedding guests which was really important to us. He managed to capture so many unexpected moments and has left us with videos to treasure. Communication and planning was also very easy. I cannot recommend Red Seats enough.

On the day itself, Jon and Tom helped us feel relaxed and at ease despite being two self conscious people and were a pleasure to spend time with. Jon at Red Seats did a phenomenal job with our (multiple) wedding videos. He and his team were kind and attentive as videographers, and we especially appreciated his professionalism partnering with the rest of our vendors. We had quite a melange of activities, some traditional, some unusual- and he expertly tied them together, using our speeches as a guide, into a beautiful narrative. Each version (long form, short form, teaser form) was a complete entity in itself which so perfectly encapsulated the day itself. We also really appreciated that they added a bit of fun with our dance video! Highly, highly recommend Jon as a thoughtful storyteller who will give your special day the focus and attention it deserves, while finding new and inspiring ways to play it back to you.

At the beginning of our wedding planning journey, we were undecided about whether to hire a videographer for our wedding day but I can honestly say that hiring Red Seats for our day was the best decision that we ever made. Jon was absolutely fabulous in the lead up to our wedding - he was in contact regularly and would reply quickly if we had any questions. When we had virtual meetings he listened to our comments carefully and we felt like our day was really understood. On the day, it was like having friends videoing us. We felt so comfortable around both Tom and Jon. They made us laugh constantly, they were so much fun to be with and they quickly built a rapport with us and our families. The footage that we have received since our wedding has been incredible. We have held many 'showings' since our day for our family and have watched at least some part of our wedding every day.
