25 bus at13:09 from Camp road on Saturday 27th May was severely late, it turned up at 13:47 and once it did it refused to stop, so left me waiting another hour. I’ve taken pictures and will be submitting claim for my time and company’s unprofessionalism.

Buses are never scheduled at times that work for people. That and the unreliability of the service (16 in particular) mean that the bus is always empty if it does decide to show up. Vehicles themselves are in quite good condition but sad there’s only usually one old lady that uses them

I wish I could give Red Rose and Red Line a minus star rating because that's what they deserve. Awful company. Always late or not turning up at all. Rude and ignorant drivers/staff and horrible bosses who don't care about their customers. Shouldn't be allowed to provide school bus services :(
