Terrible customer experience of new build home drylined by this company. Had them out several times to rectify visible board lines, out of square walls and poor workmanship in almost every room. Board lines are still visible after several attempts to fix in open plan kitchen and living room.

Absolutely useless company! Never get back to you or actually turn up to tmdo the work! When they do turn up it’s unannounced and they expect you to get home immediately. Work isn’t up to scratch either I have wonky walls!

They came to do 2 weeks of remedial plastering, promising to bring specialist extraction equipment and seal the rooms off so we could carry on living in the house. The extraction unit turned out to be a Henry Hoover with a sandpaper nozzle attatchment. We were forced out of our home because of the dust. After 4 weeks they caused so much damage we had to have approx 7K of flooring replaced. They never even apoligised. Their work is appalling.
