    30 miles in so far with my 88S suspension. So far so good and pleasantly surprised with the performance and quality. Getting 18 miles range whilst using level 4 and some 3 assistance as well as some use of the throttle which is about what I was hoping for. Edit: whilst it's been fun riding around, after 1200km unfortunately the battery has now died which is a massive disappointment. On top of that had numerous issues with brakes and multiple flat tyres (since upgrading the tyres had no issues) With all the bits and pieces I've had done on this you are probably better off just paying the extra and getting a more well known ebike to be honest

    Excellent products and customer service. The 750w rocket electronic bikes are very smooth to ride and feel top quality, just as they look. As an owner of a Fiido M1 pro, what you get out the box with the Rocket bikes is much better, they are more sturdy, better comfort and higher quality overall with the led display, hydraulic brakes, better quality pas, a huge road worthy front headlight and a vintage look. Best price around and quality in accessories like the kendra fat tyres and inner tubes. Don't know why people have left bad reviews as Kane offers great customer service and went above and beyond to help me out. Have no doubt, any issues (I doubt there will be) Kane will sort if out as long as you have not abused the product. And being a UK supplier you can't go wrong!

    Bought 2 prototype frames from red rocket 2 months ago. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and the frames are top notch 👌. Also had a ride on another one of his bikes and a look round the store. Great selection of unique top quality bikes. I bought the prototype rocket gt frames because i wanted a frame that was robust and sturdy with good welds that could handle the sort of power im putting into my ebike (10kw). I bought the frames with confidence as a close friend already purchased a red rocket ebike last year which is still going strong with an upgraded motor and battery. The motor and battery supplied are brilliant for the average person, however we both wanted something we could rip around with confidence at high speeds, which is why we chose to upgrade motor etc. As I've said top quality bikes and company owner couldn't be more helpful. Hopefully be back to try out future prototype frames he's got in the pipe line in the next few months!

    Enjoyed my first 30odd miles despite discovering a few minor defects such as a deep scratch on a wheel that had been poorly painted over, very very loose nuts and bolts all over (i didnt build it) and some bad cut out work on the rear mud guard but i decided to simply accept this. THEN, started to have problems, knocking crank and deminishing top speed no matter the charge level of the battery every ride was getting slower. Max speed was down to 12mph. I then noticed it had a 350w motor which as we know is not road legal in uk (i specifically purchased this bike for its advertised 250w motor so i was on the rite side of the law) I reported this to the seller hopeing to get a little support and received the following reply in reference to the knocking crank: "There is a special tool for this operation, Halfords stock them or Halfords bike guys can do this job" I didnt like this after spending a good amount of money on a new bike and i had only traveled something like 50 miles, the issues where stacking up as well. I continued dialogue with the seller and was told .... "we are the importer of these bikes and are not a service centre, this is reflected in the price point as we do not have a big service operation to support." The seller eventually agreed to collect the bike and refund me. I even suggested the bike be collected and repaired or replaced with another but the seller maintained the desire to refund me. Fair enough. The seller travelled to my workplace and collected the bike, even at this point the seller aggreed to send a refund as he loaded the bike into a van. 2 hours after collection i received the following text message: "You need to start the refund process with your credit card provider Thanks" Which as we know takes weeks to sort out..... 12 weeks according to my credit card company. And then to add insult to injury the seller posted the bike for sale despite me still technically owning it until a refund had cleared in my account. After much arguing the seller eventually told me he had arranged a refund.... my trust was gone! Well the refund landed approx 5 days later to my surprise. P.S. i have not edited any of the sellers comment i have put above, i have not commented on any verbal exchanges, i do not wish to post the sellers name or company name, i do not wish to identify the model bike, i only offer my review of the things i can prove occued. I hope others have a better experience.
