I went to Red Penguin to discuss some embroidery work for my husband's business. We needed shirts and hoodies embroidered. I had spoken to someone earlier in the week who said pop down anytime, although the lady who does the embroidery may not be in, one of the bosses will be happy to help. So I went to Red Penguin as discussed. When I arrived I didn't even get to step foot in the building. I was stopped at the door and told this "The one boss is in a meeting and the other one is around somewhere, although he is available to talk to you it would probably be best for you to come back next week" I said I had everything ready with me as discussed on the phone and he reiterated "come back next week". It may only be a few shirts and hoodies but this could lead to more and more business and I was just turned away. From how I was spoken to it appears they are only interested in corporate large business orders. I got in the car and proceeded to see if there was anywhere else local. I was surprised to find another printers approximately 3 miles down the road where I just walked in and was so impressed by the customer service and their work ethic that we have placed a much bigger order than we expected.
