Once the have the deal, not bothered about the after care service, attitude of the women in the after sales office is very rude, not helpful at all, basically told it will be fixed when it's fixed so get over it, would not recommend

Bought a 2010 Lunar Quasar 462 from them beginning of April for £8495 and was advised our Nissan Juke would be comfortable pulling it. This was NOT the case as we struggled on hills on first weekend away. We had to quickly change our car to a Hyundai Sante Fe which is a great tow car. However decided need to have single beds so part exchanged van today for a Swift Challenger 565 only to be told the Lunar had DAMP in it and trade in value was only between £5000 and £5500! Looks like we paid WELL over the ODDS and for a van with DAMP! Not happy at all!

Red lion caravans have a great selection and the sales team don't pester you at all. Very helpful when it comes to purchasing a caravan and had a really pleasant experience for my first time buying a caravan . Of course the caravan came with an inspection and service already done and signed off so that was peace of mind for 12 months. Stumbled upon an issue after 12 months when I was out of warranty. I contacted them to discuss the matter further and the problem was rectified within a couple of weeks! Couldn't recommend enough
