I emailed multiple times without a response, Included a screenshot showing the money taken from my account as proof and also contacted my card company to apply a chargeback but they are waiting for a response.

Mijn favoriete parfum is uit productie en nergens meer te verkrijgen, maar hier toch gevonden voor een goede prijs. 100% origineel, super!
