AVOID THIS BUSINESS. We spent £3,900.00 on a Rational and Lincat fryer. Both faulty and unusable. They were unwilling to repair, replace or refund. All they did was suggest an engineer. Company does not agree with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Sold us a piece of equipment that didn't work. Told us they didn't have local engineers to repair it, suggested we call in a local catering company. Then refused to reimburse this expense. So cost us £290 to repair the item before we could use it.
