Overpriced (for at least 50 years, the most expensive water crossing in the World) & all too often cancelled or late, often through "insufficient essential crew availability" or " technical ussues". Safety announcement indecipherable/inaudible due to 1. Thickly accented non-native English speaker & 2. PA system volume too low to hear over chatter & engines. Could improve.
