Imagine if you took your favourite classic American dishes from NYC, cheeseburgers, pastrami and bacon, and fused it with Chinese food, this would describe what I just tried to eat. What could go wrong? Both the flavours and execution are mediocre at best and frankly what a kindergartener might have imagined combining and foisting upon an unwary dining public. That said, the dim sum and the hot and sour soup were acceptable. The shrimp and chicken skewers were fine. But why would one add guacamole as a side to dim sum? Why? Oh the vegetables with shitake mushrooms were fine once I added soy sauce, oh flavour. Miss the bacon fried rice for your own sake.
