DONT use this company - stole £300 from me as they didn’t state any expiry and then refused to support in any way. They also clearly stated they don’t care about customers mental health when I explained the situation. Use a company who cares and won’t just take money without service.

I've called up to enquire, doing my due diligence. I was asking questions regarding instructors/areas/rates etc. As soon as I mentioned I wasn't booking right away, the lady on the phone changed her whole attitude and insisted I call back whenever I'm ready to book. I find it extremely unprofessional that they're not willing to answer questions unless I make a bulk payment of £500. Even then once made payment they wouldn't guarantee they would have slots for my availability. Hope this helps someone, before they end up paying to a company like this.

Red fasley advertises £25 and hour- they give you a kind of welcome package which is good but all the other lessons come to about £32-£35. And trust me you'll do ATLEAST 25 lessons with them. It worked out so expensive and the instructors ate in no rush to teach you what's actually important. They are extremely unhelpful and dismissive when you have a problem. Please save your money and go to a different driving school

I brought a block of 20 lessons booked well in advanced. After two hours of lessons I was informed by my allocated driving instructor that he would no longer be doing my lessons and cancelled them all. I requested a refund and they made me wait 7-10 working days. After calling up the company and explaining that it is important I get my driving licence for personal reasons. I have been massively let down by red and the particular driving instructor in question. After hearing how a few of my pals have been treated by red also, I would not recommend this to anyone. If there was an option to not give any stars I would.

I phoned to book a package of lessons with RED school who assigned me an instructor. After my first lesson in the package, my instructor informed me he was indefinitely leaving the country and that no other RED instructors would take me on as they were fully booked out and that I should get a refund. Either this was the cynical action of an instructor who simply wanted different students or RED took me on knowing that they could not reasonably fulfill the package I'd bought. All my further attempts to book using their online booking system have failed. The one lesson I got wasn't that bad at least I guess, but the fact I booked a package of lessons and it has now been *nearly a month and I am yet to receive my second is honestly extremely disappointing.

Jamaideen Kareem is an exceptional instructor with his knowledge of the local area a huge asset to his pupils. Kareem gave me full experience of tricky junctions, roundabouts and all traffic conditions around Slough so I would be ready on the day of my test. If we needed to practice a junction, manoeuvre or route several times until it was perfect then he would patiently support me to do so. Due to his extensive knowledge of the routes, he ensured I knew all the car parks where I could be asked to complete manoeuvres and showed me where to expect road works or certain traffic situations. I always felt relaxed in our lessons thanks to his calm professionalism and vigilance. As I work in healthcare it was such a reassurance to see that Kareem throughly wiped down the car before i stepped in and he always wore his mask correctly. He took time to prepare me for being a safe and competent driver for the roads beyond the test. Kareem sent through links to videos and resources for me to review, shared printouts of questions and rules of the road etc and explained in detail on how to improve when I made a mistake. It is clear to see that he is committed to developing his students which is testament to me passing my test on the first go with Kareem.
