Excellent service, tremendous knowledge, and willing to share. Was looking for a 35 mm lens for my M11. Red Dot had a few used items. I ended up with one of them - excellent condition. Fair price. Also took advantage of their Leica accessories stock to get an eye piece diaopter. Here Ivor, shop salesman, really helped to insure I got the proper one. Highly recommend and will shop here again.

Great customer service and selection of equipment. Opening times are quite restrictive (at least for myself,) so I'm hardly ever able to visit. I was disappointed to find Elvis wasn't real 😄. I suggested they get a Caiman or Anaconda if they wanted to keep thieves out, if a "proper" crocodile was too much hassle to house. 😉 You know, you can buy them, just need the CITES license.

There are very few shops like this left in London, and the UK in general where you can truly try the Crown Jewel lenses of photography in a comfortable setting and dispel myth and rumor with knowledgable staff who are in it for the long run. Every staff member has a different (sales) style so you may find that you bond well with one over the others — that was my experience and I was lucky to land with someone as nerdy as I am (Ash) who guided me to exactly the thing I was looking for.
