I worked at this distillery for 3 months this is my experience, They put me in a labor-intensive job and refused to move me (despite them moving others) I worked tirelessly and had better results than other people. After specifically requesting to be moved I was ignored and left in the same position in a labor-intensive roll in no air conditioning with a face mask gloves and a lab coat I was told several times that I'm not allowed to drink water except on lunch break even after I told them I have a history of passing out in conditions like these. After several days of particularly hard work and doing several peoples jobs where we were short-staffed I received no merit and still non of my requests to move were acknowledge this is by far the single worst place I've worked they weed out the people they can abuse and work them tirelessly guilt-tripping them into staying later shifts than normal up to 12-hour shifts a lot of the time and also request weekend work.
