During the process of redecoration Red Brick kept us informed on the property's progress with regular updates. New tenants were found quickly after property was advertised. Don’t rent a house from this company They are rubbish. So in four years I’ve rented one of their houses. Always had their rent on time and if anything a lot earlier than when it should be paid. Even in covid as I was furloughed Their builder fitted a new floor and ripped it and was meant to make the office aware of it. Also the kitchen draws broke and this builder couldn’t be bothered to fix them right. The whole kitchen was falling apart and serval times I asked for a new one after all there homes are meant to be safe secure and efficient. They did not give us a new kitchen. They inspected this house twice a year and in those 4 years said the walls were good the carpets were clean ect. And they had no issues. We paid to clean the carpets twice a year and the oven twice a year ect. Now on moving out the house they are refusing to give my bond back saying the kitchen is damaged the floor is ripped yet they have no recollection of the phone calls ect. Nothing from there Bob the builder. Basically trying to blame us. When this is not the case. Awful service rubbish estate agents. Don’t waste your time. We are now at at loss due to their negligence I don’t rate these people staff are rude very unhelpful they just take your money and blame the tenants When the house was left in the ways that we took it on. It’s not my fault they refused to do repairs ect. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m taking my dps funds a lot further and going to see a solicitor. They cannot just take peoples money. Do not my all means use them
