    I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I was unable to reach reception and had to contact 111 for them to contact me back. When they did, I wasn't able to directly speak with a doctor, as the receptionist informed me that they would inform the doctor of my situation and get back to me. However, I never received a call back and had to follow up the next day. Even then, I was only able to communicate through the receptionist and was not able to directly speak to the doctor. The first receptionist I spoke with was pleasant, but the second one was abrupt and could improve her telephone manner. She had the audacity to ask me why I was considering private care, despite the fact that I had to follow up with a call in the first place. What kind of service is that? On top of that 6 months ago, I had to wait for two whole months to receive my blood test results, and had to contact 111 to get them back. During a previous interaction with one of their doctors (I'm not certain which one), it was apparent that they lacked familiarity in addressing patients with thyroid issues. When I inquired about managing my condition, the doctor recommended that I educate myself by referring to the NHS website since they did not possess adequate knowledge on the subject. It seems like they don't care, so I might consider changing my general practitioner or get some private medical care as I’m desperate.

    Uncaring doctors. Only see you when you are dying from cancer. Then try to make it look good on them. Time for a official complaint. Latest news my husband was given 6-12 months now it's weeks he has to live. All because Holloway couldn't do her job properly. We asked you for help. But all you lot cared about what the virus and given us the vaccine. A community nurse saying too many aging people living. No one from the practice has got in touch with the family because they don't care. We need answers and we deceive answers. Your not caring at all. Are you going to pay for my husbands funeral? Of course your not. You rather see him buried in a paupers grave. YOU ARE DISGUSTING NEVER TRUST BLACKFIELD DOCTORS Again Got evidence that you medical neglected your patient that lead to their death. I will see justice done.

    My doctor is lovely! And helps me in every way she can. Unfortunately there’s a Scottish receptionist who is very rude! Spoke over me a lot of times before I had explained why I was ringing. I hope I never get to speak to her again as she made me feel even worse then I already did. Very rude, when it’s something important about mental health!!!

    I have been trying to get an appointment to see a doctor for 3 days as have a chest infection and lost my voice for over a week I phoned at 8.30 was 15th in the queue waited 47 minutes to be told to phone back at 12.30 and waited in the queue of 7 people for 20 minutes to be told no appointments available to call back in morning or call 111 if your "That" ill. I am a diabetic so need to see someone as they are going high..

    One star as unable to give zero. Two hours trying to get through to be told ring back in 2hrs to see if there are any cancellation appointments available. Usually average 20 attempts to get through too. Staff disinterested make you feel as an annoyance daring to call

    Monday 9th May 2022 Rang at 4pm After listening to all the Blurb I was Cut off after verbal message.... "Call can't be transferred" Thought you were open That's what your Google Map Site says. Tuesday 10th May 2022 Rang at 4pm, 4.30pm, 5pm Same reply as Monday Ok l thought, I'll give it about an hour and a half..... Being as it says you closs at 8pm So l rang just after 6.30pm..... Came the reply.... "Red and Green Practice is now closed..... Blah, blah, blah 🤨 Where Are You All ? Suggest You Update Your Information On Google Maps.

    Shocking service the council have asked me to provide evidence that I have lived in new forest for 10 years at any time and in 2019 I was asked to provide same thing and blackfield doctors gave me this evidence in a letter to say I lived in new forest from 1989 to 2003 and now they are refusing to give me this evidence because from 2003 to 2011 I was in prison now I can't provide this evidence to the council and my claim will be canceled so much for helping the community
