My parts came 4 days late. They were damaged but they insisted it's wear and tear. Wouldn't show images until day of posting it where they Then noticed the damaged and sourced another car with less damage. Clips, brackets and light holders broken on rear bumper with deep scratches. They refused to take money off price.

With our car dead after the engine blew because of service errors, we had a low value engine-less car! Don't buy from them!!! I bought the part for my car. I've sent it back ( which they authorised it) with record delivery. I rang them few days after they received my return, about refund. They've confirmed on the phone, that they received it and they will refund money by end of the week, what was couple weeks ago already, and I still don't have my money back! These guys have delivered the goods. Needed a NSF door lock mechanism for my wife’s i20 which are no longer manufactured. My repairer who was trying to get the part was quoiting 175-200 plus fitting!! Got one delivered next day, well wrapped and secure for 99. Couldn’t ask for more and now fitted and working. 👏👏👏
